SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing
Because MOLLY & SIENNA runs a fully automated system, processing starts the moment your order is submitted. Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days. Once an order is in transit we are unable to halt the shipping process or cancel it.

Shipping and Delivery Times
So that we can offer a curated selection at competitive prices, our products are sent directly from our central warehouse in Asia. We currently ship to Australia only. Because the shipping is international, transit can take longer than a local delivery. Estimated delivery time is 7-15 business days.

Please bear in mind that these are estimates, and delays can occur through customs procedures or courier issues that are outside our control.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated dynamically and shown clearly at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been handed to the carrier you will receive a shipping confirmation email. It will contain your personal tracking number so you can follow your parcel's progress.

Customs Duties and Import Taxes
As items are shipped from Asia, the customer is responsible for any customs duties and import taxes applied to the order on arrival in Australia.
