Welcome to MOLLY & SIENNA! The terms "we," "us," and "our" refer to MOLLY & SIENNA. MOLLY & SIENNA operates this store and website, including all information, content, features, tools, products, and related services, in order to give you, our customer, a curated shopping experience (the "Services"). MOLLY & SIENNA is supported by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

When you place an order you are making an offer to purchase. MOLLY & SIENNA reserves the right to accept or decline that order for any reason. An order is not accepted until MOLLY & SIENNA confirms acceptance. We must receive payment before an order can be accepted.
Your purchases may be returned or exchanged solely in accordance with our Refund Policy.
You represent and warrant that your purchases are for personal or household use, and not for commercial resale or export.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING
Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice. The price charged will be the one in effect when the order is placed. Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude taxes, shipping, handling, and customs duties.
You agree to supply current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided, and that the charges will be honoured by your card company.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We are not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery. All delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs procedures, or events outside our control. Once products are handed to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.

MOLLY & SIENNA is supported by Shopify. Any sale or purchase made in our Store, however, is directly with MOLLY & SIENNA. You agree that Shopify bears no responsibility for any aspect of the sales between you and MOLLY & SIENNA, including any damage or loss arising from the products purchased.

All personal information we collect is governed by our Privacy Policy. Because the Services are hosted by Shopify, Shopify also collects and processes personal information in order to improve the Services. Details of how we and Shopify use your data are set out in that policy.
